Reduce Carbohydrat Consumption

Research from the Mayo Clinic in the U.S. shows that seniors applying carbohydrate-rich diet had a risk four times more likely to have mild cognitive impairment.
According to the findings in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease, a complex carbohydrate foods, such as rice, pasta, breads and cereals contain sugar that plays a role in the development of cognitive diseases, including Alzheimer's.
On the other hand, people who eat foods rich in fat and high in protein such as beans, chicken, meat and fish actually had a lower risk of cognitive decline.
High glucose levels can affect the blood vessels of the brain and trigger the development of beta amyloid plaques. Researchers believe the buildup of beta amoloid be one cause.

So, you need to reduce the excessive consumption of Carbohydrats  (C6H1206)
